Tommy Thomas, Founding Partner of JobfitMatters, commented: “It was an honor to assist TGC with this important search. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Sandy Willson and Ligon Duncan for over 20 years, and this collaboration was a rewarding experience.”
Dr. Ligon Duncan, Chairman of the Search Committee, stated: “I cannot adequately express my gratitude and esteem for Tommy Thomas and Bill Hendricks of JobfitMatters. I have appreciated and worked with Tommy and Bill before, but this was the best consulting experience I’ve ever had. They ably assisted our TGC Presidential Search Committee as we prayerfully searched for our new President. Their expertise was invaluable, their evaluations were profound, and their work was comprehensive and professional. We learned so much from them, not just about our new leader, but about leadership and mission.”
