Precept Ministries International (PMI) and JobfitMatters Executive Search are pleased to announce the appointment of three key executives to PMI: Steve Reiter as Executive Director, Charles Lambert as EVP of International Ministries, and Jon Hossler as Chief Mission Officer. Located in Chattanooga, Tennessee, PMI produces a variety of Bible Studies and holds conferences designed to establish attendees in the Word through the Precept™ Inductive Bible Study Method being used in nearly 180 countries and 70 languages.
Executive Director
Steve Reiter brings 42 years of successful corporate executive experience at companies like General Electric, ServiceMaster, and HP/EDS. He has a track record of building high-performance servant leader teams and has held P&L responsibility for up to 1.2 billion dollars. Steve will lead the overall operations of the Precept ministry and commented, “I believe my life’s journey led me to Precept with the purpose of placing the Word of God into the hands of potentially billions of people across this broken world.”
EVP of International Ministries
As Precept’s new EVP of International, Charles Lambert brings over 10 years of experience at American Bible Society, SAT-7 and the Church of God where he developed new projects, established operational strategies, and developed partnerships nationally and internationally. “The SIMA process gave me confidence that God was calling me to help fulfill the mission of Precept in “establishing people in God’s Word.” I am grateful for the process and clarity that the SIMA process provided.”
Chief Mission Officer
Finally, Jon Hossler joins Precept as the Chief Mission Officer. Jon spent 7 years as the CEO and Development Partner for Josh McDowell Ministry, managing a $6 million budget, building the team, and engaging donors. Hossler remarked, “As Kay Arthur observed in the interview process, “You have been preparing for this your whole life, haven’t you?” I fully believe that God has brought me here for such a time as this.
