Point Loma Nazarene University (PLNU) is seeking a Vice President for Student Life and Formation to provide strategic and pastoral leadership for the holistic development of students within its vibrant Christ-centered community. Serving on the President’s Cabinet, this leader will guide the integration of student life, spiritual formation, wellness, and community engagement across the university, strengthening an environment where students grow academically, spiritually, and personally. Building on PLNU’s Wesleyan-Holiness heritage and strong residential experience, the next Vice President will help align the Student Life and Spiritual Formation teams, cultivate student belonging, and advance an integrated vision for formation that prepares students to become thoughtful, committed Christlike citizens.
