One Eighty is a Christ-centered recovery ministry in Davenport, Iowa, equipping people with addiction who are facing, crisis, poverty, incarceration, or homelessness to experience lasting transformation through healthy community, meaningful work, and a life of hope in Christ. Over the past sixteen years, the ministry has grown from a grassroots effort into a thriving nonprofit with a $1.47 million annual budget, 33 staff members, and 26 properties supporting residential recovery and stability housing. Each year, One Eighty serves hundreds of individuals through its year-long residential recovery program, stability housing for graduates, workforce readiness enterprises, and youth outreach initiatives, with 583 people served in 2025 alone. With strong community partnerships, 46 church partners, and a distinctive peer-based recovery model in which many staff are program graduates, One Eighty stands at an important moment of leadership transition. The next Executive Director will serve as the ministry’s chief spiritual, strategic, and operational leader—stewarding a beloved organization while strengthening systems, partnerships, and long-term sustainability to expand the ministry’s impact across the Quad Cities for years to come.
