Laura Coverstone and Ed Poff assisted Coral Springs Christian Academy throughout this important process. Chair Wills Ryan noted:

“SIMA Executive Search brings much more value than simply finding capable candidates. Our process started with interviews and a survey of our school community to identify the essential skill set required in our next head of school. Once this was established SIMA pressed us on best practices and a timetable to produce a strategic plan. This was followed by an opportunity profile that went to thousands of potential candidate pools of people and the selection process commenced. All along the way SIMA was there to coach, act as a resource and diligently worked hard to finalize a short list of candidates for both them and us to dig deeper. Much time and effort went into the process, and our end product surely confirmed we made a right decision to partner with SIMA.”
