Leading the Way is in an exciting season of growth and is expanding the leadership team to include a Chief Development Officer. Reporting directly to the president, the CDO is responsible for overseeing all development activities and will spend the majority of the time with donors alongside the major donor representatives. A successful Leading the Way CDO will have a pastor’s heart, fundraising acumen, and team leadership strengths.
