Fort Worth Christian School Head of School

Title: Head of School
Location: North Richland Hills, Texas

Since 1958, Fort Worth Christian School (FWC) has been shaping the lives of students on their 40-acre campus in North Richland Hills, Texas. FWC is one of the oldest and largest private Christian schools in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and offers parents and students a high-quality, Christ-centered, college preparatory education.

FWC strives to teach excellence in and out of the classroom and empower students with a biblical worldview. This stems from the FWC mission “to prepare, equip, and empower every FWC graduate for a life of faith, service, and leadership for Christ.” Currently, FWC enrolls a population of 700+ students in PreK through 12th grade and is preparing for increased high school enrollment. FWC has cultivated a valuable network of generous and consistent donors from the current parent population, friends of FWC, and a large alumni network, which enabled the school to award over $1.25 million in student financial aid during the 2022-23 academic year alone. Each member of the Class of 2023 is enrolled in college, and collectively they are the recipients of over $8 million in academic, athletic, and special achievement scholarships.

The FWC Board seeks a Head of School to provide decisive leadership in fulfilling the FWC mission and vision, with the wisdom and spiritual maturity to build on the 65-year legacy. The incoming Head of School of FWC will play a strategic role in assessing the current growth trajectory of FWC and leveraging the high-performing missionally faithful FWC team to respond to that growth with excellence.
