Location: Grove City, OH
Serving over 1,000 children six weeks through 12th grade, Grove City Christian School and Child Care are ministries of The Naz church located just south of Columbus, Ohio. The Head of School will oversee these two distinct ministries: Grove City Christian School which serves 786 students K-12, and Grove City Christian Child Care, serving 250 children age six weeks through grade 4. After three decades of growth, waiting lists exist at many grades.
The church fully funded the recent $2.1M addition, and has an available home adjacent to campus for the Head of School. The campus is located in a rapidly growing area, and Ohio has favorable tax policies toward private schools. The school’s leadership is seeking a Head of School who will collaboratively articulate the vision of the school and develop a detailed strategic plan for the future. Managing the high demand for the school while maintaining the school’s close-knit community is a key challenge, but also a unique and exciting opportunity.

SEARCH TIMELINE: All candidate information will be reviewed upon receipt and candidate review will continue until a Head of School is selected. The selected candidate can start July 2023 or by July 2024 at the latest. The quality of the candidate “fit” is more important than the timeline.
