Senior Director Of Alumni and Parent Relations Appointed at Biola University

JobfitMatters is pleased to announce the appointment of Lily Chia Tsau to the position of Senior Director of Alumni and Parent Relations at Biola University.  Founded in 1908, the mission of Biola University is biblically centered education, scholarship and service – equipping men and women in mind and character to impact the world for the Lord Jesus Christ.

Tsau will start the week of March 5 and comes to Biola from UCLA having worked there since 2005 in a number of senior alumni roles, including Senior Analyst, Advancement Services, Director/Senior Director of International Outreach, Alumni Affairs/Alumni Association, Senior Manager/Director of Alumni Networks, Alumni Affairs/Alumni Association and Senior Director of Alumni Outreach and Engagement, Alumni Affairs/Alumni Association.

While at UCLA Tsau was active in the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) and the Los Angeles Asian Business Association where she served as President and member of the Board of Directors.

Prior to working at UCLA, Tsau was a Certified Vocational Evaluation Specialist for 11 years. She is a UCLA graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.

When asked what attracted her to the position at Biola, Tsau said “I was drawn to the position at Biola first because Biola has an excellent reputation as a Christian university with high standards to honor Jesus Christ. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the engagement and meaningful involvement of Biola’s  constituency.”
